I finished 12 froggers. Putting them in the mail to Sue Anna ( tomorrow.) The froggers are going to be favors for IOLI convention. Lighthouse Lacers has a goal to create 300. These are really fun to create. Nice way to use up beads & orts. They don't take much time to create once you have your supplies out
EDITED: Christine--I don't have an e-mail address for you to respond. Basically, I don't have much fiber on the shuttles to begin with. Only making a few split rings. When it is time to add the bead, I unwind, add bead, rewind shuttles, continue tatting and end.
They are beautiful but I don't understand why the sewing needle is in them? you got to explain it to me I am curious :)
ReplyDeleteThose are cute! You used such cute beads making each one unique. I'm sure who ever receives them will be quite happy.
ReplyDeleteI bought some more crewel needles last weekend when I went shopping with Denise... haven't gotten to them yet. I love the way you use the beads and split rings! I may try making some that way.
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of a "frogger" until today although I have made one for my own use when tatting. These are so cute. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteYour froggers are very cute! I am guessing that they are made with split rings. How do you put the beads on?
