Pink Azalea, Willow, Oatmeal (blended with DMC 712), Evergreen; 

Simply Shaker Sampler Threads from The Gentle Art Harvest Basket, Grape Leaf; 

and DMC 3021.  Beads:  SJ Designs, Glass Seed Beads size 14, Color #1832
