Tatting Shuttle made by Tammy. I saw photos on her facebook page + via PM, she said the heart is walnut 1/8" thick - which she then carved a space in cherry wood for the heart. She said it is 3 1/2" long and probably too big to tat with. guess who purchased once listed on e-bay? yes, me. and to my delight, there is a heart on the back, too! both sides with wood hearts. No, have not tatted with this shuttle, it is a delight to hold in hand. (as is my other shuttle she made (photo HERE. ) Tammy's link is here, ebay seller , tho no shuttles are currently listed. She said in her PM that most of the shuttles she makes, she keeps; however, she sells a few.
