Of Course! I should haveused folded cardboard or this tatting tool (which was hiding in my tool box).
Would have made This Motif, #56, easier. I thought I had
the thread lengths ok - yet, once tightened the rings,
threads stretched longer.

thx Diane. I have tatted most of the patterns. There are a couple holiday patterns I will tat this Winter. They are a delight to create - IMO
Such sweet mini tats! I think I have that book (must go check).
I've had this book for many years. I have tatted most - still have some holiday ones (for this Autum or Winter). I started with first motif and learned a lot along the way. The book had been out of print. Not sure if it has been reprinted or can be located on the second hand market
